Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy

Pro Tip: Chill the whiskey, mug and soda in advance for a refreshing serve.

STEP 1

Squeeze a fresh lemon wedge and drop it into the mug

75ml Jim Beam® Black

30ml simple syrup

Dash of Angostura® bitters

30ml fresh orange juice

60ml cranberry juice

1 muddled orange slice and cherry

1 orange twist

1 cherry

Preparation:

Build over muddled orange and cherry in a cocktail shaker (hold on the cranberry juice). Shake well with ice. Add cranberry juice then the shaker mix to a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry.

WHISKEY SOUR

15ml simple syrup

15ml egg white

Preparation:

Build in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain and serve.

APPLE SPLASH
